Memberships can be purchased in-park or online.

The membership program starts at only $10 per month per jumper. Each membership type includes once daily jump time, exclusive access to membership-only perks, and discounted buddy and parent passes, birthday parties, and more! *Prices and inclusions vary per membership type and location.

Our membership is active on a month-to-month basis with a minimum of a 90 day commitment and can be cancelled at any time. Membership can be cancelled in park, via US mail, or online account.

Activation fees vary by membership type and membership promotion. To activate membership the legal guardian or parent will complete sign the Membership Agreement, sign a waiver on behalf of the minor or themself, and place a form of payment on file.

Each month your card on file will be charged. If the first attempt is unsuccessful a second attempt will be made a few days later. Unless the membership is actively cancelled, several charge attempts will be made until the past due amount is collected.

There are no blackout dates, however from time to time there will be private events booked and the park will be closed to the public.

Yes, each membership is on an individual basis. In order to jump, each member of your family will require their own membership or a purchased buddy/parent pass. Memberships are non-transferrable, and you cannot share your membership with anyone.

Memberships are not valid toward birthday party participation. However, many of our memberships include a discount on birthday parties hosted. See your park’s specific membership for details.

On your initial visit a waiver must be completed to enter the building. The waiver will remain valid for 1 year. Guests must be 18 years or older to sign a waiver. If you are under 18 years old, a waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Monthly memberships require a valid credit or debit card. Cash payments and gift cards of any kind are not accepted for the recurring program.

Your membership never expires and renews automatically on a monthly basis.
